This had been my kryptonite – being too lazy to go to the kitchen and fill the bottle once it was empty. Once I started keep 4 bottles of 1 litre each beside my desk, my water consumption increased as the water was already available.⁣

Beverages like lime water, green tea, coolers, black coffee etc. are a great way to increase you water consumption if you don’t like to drink plain water.⁣

Many people just don’t like the taste of water and cannot consume higher volumes of it. For them infusing their water with fresh slices of fruit like berries, oranges, lemons or crushed leafy veggies like mint, parsley etc. can be of great help.⁣
